Getting in

Enter the email address your administrator registered for you and select Send me a sign-in code. We'll email you an eight-digit code. Type it into the sign-in screen and you're in.

Once you're in, you'll stay signed in on that device for a long time, so you shouldn't need to do this often. Use Sign outin the top right if you're on a shared computer.

About the code

There is no link to open — the email carries a code and nothing else, so it works the same whether you read your email on your phone, your laptop or anywhere else. Type the eight digits into the screen you are signing in on.

If you already have one of our emails, you don't need to ask for another. On the sign-in page choose I already have a code, enter your email address and the eight digits, and you're in. Signing in for the very first time works the same way: the email asking you to confirm your address carries a code too.

A code can only be used once, and asking for another replaces the one before it — so always use the newest email you were sent.

When it doesn't work

Nothing arrived.Give it a couple of minutes — email can take that long to reach you. Then check your spam or junk folder — it's from noreply@iotai.com.au. If it still isn't there, ask your administrator to check the address they registered for you.

The code says it's wrong.Check you're using the newest email — asking for a code stops the one before it working — and that you've entered the address you asked us to send it to. If it says we couldn't check it just now, that isn't your code — wait a moment and try the same one again.

You have an older email with a button in it. We used to send a link as well as a code. Those links no longer work, and neither do the codes in the same message. Ask for a new one from the sign-in screen.

You get in, but it says you have no access. Signing in and having access are two different things. Ask your administrator to add you.
